💰 Rate: Up to $70 per hour plus great benefits

About the Role:

We are currently seeking experienced Heavy Diesel Fitters for an immediate start in the Bowen Basin (Moranbah area). This is an excellent opportunity for skilled tradespeople looking for competitive pay, great benefits and a solid work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct maintenance, repairs, and servicing of heavy diesel machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently.
• Work safely and productively in line with site regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain optimal equipment performance.

Technical Requirements:

• Standard 11 Certification
• Heavy Diesel experience (specific to earthmoving equipment)
• Trade-qualified Diesel Fitter
• Experience working with BHP or similar mining operations
• Strong understanding of mining safety protocols and regulations
• Ability to work independently without the need for micromanagement
